Absolutely! Our AI integrates seamlessly with a wide range of systems, even older ones.

Typically, it takes 4-8 weeks, depending on how complex your processes are. We keep things moving quickly with a streamlined setup process.

We’re with you every step of the way! We develop your AI bot, provide all necessary documentation, and train your team on how the new workflow operates.

  • Cloud-Hosted (SaaS): If you opt for our cloud-based service, the bot won’t be able to process tasks when your internet is down. However, you’ll be promptly notified via email.
  • On-Premise Hosting: If you host the entire solution on your servers, a local internet outage won’t disrupt the bot’s work, but it won’t be able to send email notifications. For maximum reliability, we recommend cloud hosting.

AI automation is a powerful tool, but it’s not a one-size-fits-all solution. Here are some scenarios where it might not be the most immediate priority:

Low-Volume Processes:

  • If your business has a very small amount of paperwork or repetitive tasks, the time and cost of implementing AI might not be justified yet.

Highly Skilled Workforce:

  • If your team already excels at handling complex tasks and inquiries with accuracy, automation might not offer a significant efficiency boost.

PRICING

We offer an upfront setup fee to customise your AI bot and a monthly fee for its ongoing operation. Hosting is optional – we’re happy to work with your existing cloud or in-house servers. Typically, our clients save over 50% of their current cost and see higher accuracy. Staff are also happier as they are free from repetitive boring tasks.  

While we don’t offer a generic trial as it does not serve your purpose. However, we have videos to show you examples of how automation works. 

Many of our clients save 30% and much more from the 2nd year onwards.  Companies with high-volume paperwork (2,000 invoices monthly) typically see the most significant savings.

Absolutely not!  We believe in full transparency. All costs, including setup and ongoing maintenance, will be clearly outlined in your quote. 

POST-IMPLEMENTATION

Absolutely! Our AI can work seamlessly alongside your staff, boosting their efficiency and accuracy. This frees up their time for higher-value work.

We understand that your business evolves. Our AI solution is flexible, and we can easily adapt it to changes in your workflow.  Adjustments will incur additional fees with respect to its complexity and quoted seperately for your approval. Just open a support ticket and we will handle the rest. 

You’ll be immediately notified via email and SMS for a quick resolution.  You can designate up to 3 people to receive these alerts.
